Wednesday 7th November
Today we had great fun making the frames for our lanterns. We used willow, which had to be soaked in water for two hours first, to make different sized circles and then lots of masking tape to hold it together.
Thursday 8th November
Today we used special tissue paper to cover our lanterns – it was incredibly messy, but great fun! We then stuck on our Chinese-inspired patterns to complete our design and hung them to dry.
