On Friday 24th September, we had an outdoor learning lesson on how to communicate with out classmates.
The first activity was that we had to close our eyes and we were given an animal. We had to make sounds related to that animal and, with closed eyes, reunite with people that had the same animal using our ears.
The second activity was in groups of four. Two people had to face forwards – they could hear and see but not talk, only mime. One person faced the others and they could talk, hear and see but not move. The last person had to close their eyes and follow directions from the others to move forwards through a mine field to retrieve a cup and come back to safety.
The lesson was really fun and we really liked it.
Dohun and Leo said that it was quite confusing and disorienting!
