Children’s Mental Health Week is taking place on 1-7 February 2021. This year’s theme is Express Yourself.
Teachers will be setting well-being activities throughout the week for our pupils who are in school and those learning at home.
Ms. Awuye’s assemblies this week will focus on keeping going when things are tough and how successes aren’t always about coming first and how being kind to each other makes you feel – reinforcing the message that effort and kindness are valuable.
Please follow this link to the Place2Be website, where you will find lots of helpful activities and information.
Here is a poster from CAMHS sharing 8 ways to support your child during lockdown.
The NSPCC also has lots of resources for parents and carers, which address current issues.
