Year 2 was the scene of a mysterious appearance this week. On return from break time, the children of Year 2 were excited to find a bag containing some climbing rope, a harness, a pair of goggles, a jacket, maps, a compass and some walking poles had been left in the classroom without any explanation. The children tried to piece together what these objects could be used for and who they might be used by. They decided that an explorer must have left them there. Once their deductive powers had been tested there was of course only one thing left to do….. try them on!
