The sun was trying to burn through the thick cloud on a grey Wednesday afternoon. The children of Year 2 were sat upright in their tables. The vast expanse of the internet lay at their feet. Before they could begin, one important matter to be dealt with. How to keep ourselves safe the children mused to themselves. You’ve guessed it! In Year 2 this past week we have been identifying how to keep ourselves safe on the internet. After recapping some helpful tips from some friends, it was time to create marvellous eye catching posters to inform our friends on how to keep safe when accessing the internet. I’m sure the children will be keeping an eye out for anyone they can help with internet safety in the future.
