On Tuesday 12th November, Aida Edemariam came to talk to Year 4 about journalism. Aida works for the Guardian and explained the process of putting an article together prior to publication. This enabled the children to reflect on the work they’d done on newspaper reports in English and for our Ancient Egypt topic, and helped them to appreciate the scale and complexity of real world reporting.
