Last week in Year 2 we received a mysterious letter in a red envelope adorned with golden stars. We could not contain our excitement when we opened this magical envelope to find a letter from a super hero named Traction Man. Traction Man required our help designing a new action suit. We put on our creative caps and conjured up a variety of designs for him. With our designs complete we decided we would use our knowledge of adjectives to write a description of our creations.
Our week was not only filled with descriptive writing. We learned about a man named Roy Lichtenstein and his work on pop art. We were inspired by his art work and decided to try to create some of our own. We hope you enjoy the pictures. Here they are on display.
