Open communication is strongly encouraged and welcomed by the school. It is hoped that many complaints can be resolved by informal discussion with teachers, Team Leaders, Assistant Headteachers and the Headteacher.

If informal attempts to resolve problems are unsuccessful, it is necessary to follow the school’s Complaints Policy, which explains in detail how formal complaints from members of the school community or the general public are dealt with.

Anyone wishing to make a formal complaint will be asked to complete a complaint form, which is available from the School Office. That form should be returned to the Headteacher or, if appropriate, to the Chair of Governors via the School Office.

Further details can be found in the school’s Complaints Policy on the policies page.
