The children in the school range from 4 years to 11 years of age.
The children progress through three stages at Phil & Jim:
- Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Key Stage 1: Years 1 & 2
- Key Stage 2: Years 3, 4, 5 and 6

Children arriving after the gate closes at 8.50am are required to access the school via the Main Entrance and sign in at the School Office. Please note registration closes at 8.50am and any pupil arriving after this time (but before 9am) will be marked in as late. Any pupils arriving after 9am will be marked as unauthorised absence.
At the beginning of the day, parents and carers are asked to drop their child off at the cloakroom entrance for their classroom.
At the end of the day, parents are asked to collect their child from the courtyard outside their classroom.
Please inform the school if your child is being collected by a different adult.
Please note, the office hours are 8am-4pm.
