We have designed extraordinary worlds and gardens.
We have added to our role play areas by planting paper flowers and making our own seed packets complete with instructions.
We were inspired by Andrew Goldsworthy and decorated spirals with leaves and petals which we also made perfumes with..
Our sunflowers have begun to grow and we have been painting more versions of Van Gogh’s sunflowers!
We have also planted grass seed to repair some bare patches of soil in our outdoor grassed areas.
The children are growing up so much each day and we are sure you will be as proud of them as we are!
We are now thinking in terms of preparations for next year and encouraging each child to challenge themselves and work more independently.
Next week, we will be thinking about resilience and finding our inner strength with the help of the book by the Great British Bake Off winner Nadiya Hussein called ‘Today, I’m Strong’.
