As part of our RE work, we are looking at holy books and stories that are told in them to teach people about how to live. We will soon be going on a trip to Oxford Synagogue to find out more about the teachings of the Torah. On Tuesday 1st October, it would be lovely if we could share some special books (non-religious). If your child has a book that is special to them (e.g. a book they have read many times or a signed book or a book they were given as a present), and they are willing to bring them into school, we can discuss them together and what makes them special. We will do our very best to treat all of the books with great care.
