On Tuesday two Year 6 teams of 10 went to the National League Trust U11s Southern final in Bath, representing Oxford City.
The girls team lost our first match 1-0. We also lost the second match. Then we drew the next match and won the following two taking us into the quarter finals. We won that match 2-0, taking us through to the semi-final. We played well as a team and enjoyed it. In the final match, we lost 1-0 to the other team who were putting the pressure on.
The boys drew 4 of their 6 matches and lost 2. They showed good perseverance and their goal keeper, Tommaso, worked really hard.
Even though it snowed that day, we tried our best and are proud of everyone.
