On Wednesday everyone in Year 5 and 6 took part in our China Wow day. We had a go at Tai Chi, which was very relaxing. We took part in a debate about technology and which was the most important. We created terracotta warrior printing tiles and made our own repeating patterns – they looked fantastic. We learnt how to do Schufa (calligraphy), which was great fun and a bit messy! We are now looking forward to finding out more about China as we continue on our learning journey this term, which will include investigating different types of tea and making lanterns for the Christmas Light Night.
