A huge congratulations to the Year Sixes who represented the school brilliantly at a local netball tournament last Friday. They played with great skill and teamwork and managed to come second and third! But more importantly they encouraged each other, showed great sportsmanship and always congratulated the other teams after a match.
“On Friday, we went to Oxford Academy for a netball tournament and were split into two teams: the red team and the blue team. We played several matches against different schools in the area. The red team played really well and won three matches whilst the blue team managed to make it to the final. The other teams made great opponents and it was a great experience. Everyone had lots of fun and we hope to compete in more netball matches in the future.”
