Today, Miss Maund’s group did some mindful art and made zentangles. Zentangles are patterns arranged next to each other like tiles or mosaics. We drew around our hands and then split the hand (and arm) into sections before filling each with a different pattern. We tried to fill all of the space and use black pens of different thicknesses. It was really relaxing and we all enjoyed it. Even Miss Maund made one – we wonder if you can guess which is hers? (Pictured as part of the main group photo.)
Our challenge to you is for you to create your own zentangle – we would love to see some more in the bulletin!
