Year 4 Vikings workshop

This term, year 4 have been continuing there understanding of history by learning about the Vikings and how they fought for power with the Anglo-Saxons. They have made some fantastic Viking longboats, travelled around a map of the world to raid, trade and settle and today they took part in a workshop where they acted out some of the battles between the two sides. Year 4 were so interested and enthusiastic and showed off their knowledge to the workshop leader. They also handled some artefacts and made their own replica of hacksilver.
