Year 4 have matched the weather and gone rain-forest mad this week. We had a day full of rainforest based activities from making terrariums, to exploring the climate in rainforests and sketching rainforest scenes all while dressed up as birds, vines, sloths, spiders and more! Then, we went on a trip to the Living Rainforest where we got to experience the sticky climate and huge leaves and vegetation found in the rainforest while learning about foods that the rainforest provides and some of the animals that live there. We even managed to glimpse the sloth!
